This is brilliant for any teacher who wants to have some fun and share with students. When you do share it let the fun play out but when they hold it for the right amount of time use lots of ACR. And then PPP

The inspiration for this idea has been drawn upon my experience in taichi and the practice in the discipline called Standing post, Zhan Zhuang, and combining it with Amy Cuddy of body language for mental health and confidence building benefits of doing it.  And positive psychology.
